One of my favorite parts of running Mobile Serves by Nirvs is creating mocktails that feel elevated, refreshing, and intentional drinks that look beautiful and taste amazing, without needing alcohol.

These three signature mocktails are staples at my events and always get rave reviews. They’re simple to make, perfect for hosting, and easy to customize for any occasion like brunch, showers, birthdays, or a cozy night in.

Let’s get into it 🥂

Pear Rosemary Ginger Fizz

Light, slightly sweet, and balanced with citrus and ginger. This one feels elegant and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz pear nectar

  • 2.5 oz fresh lemonade or fresh limeade

  • 1 oz rosemary ginger syrup

  • Squeeze of ½ fresh orange

  • Club soda (to top)

  • Lemon wheel or lime wheel (garnish)

Directions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add pear nectar, lemonade (or limeade), rosemary ginger syrup, and fresh orange juice.

  3. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel.

Glassware: Coupe, wine glass, or highball

Why I love it: This mocktail is smooth, bright, and feels like a spa day in a glass.

Peach Rosemary Ginger Fizz

Same beautiful balance as the pear version. Just with juicy peach flavor instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz rosemary ginger syrup

  • Squeeze of ½ fresh orange

  • Club soda (to top)

  • Lemon wheel or lime wheel (garnish)

Directions

  1. Add ice to your glass.

  2. Pour in peach nectar, lemonade (or limeade), rosemary ginger syrup, and orange juice.

  3. Stir well.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Garnish and enjoy.

Glassware: Wine glass or stemless tumbler

Why I love it: Peach brings such a soft, summery vibe ans this one is always a crowd favorite at brunch events.

Hibiscus Ginger Spritz

Floral, vibrant, and refreshing with a gentle ginger kick.

Ingredients

  • Hibiscus ginger syrup

  • Fresh lemonade

  • Club soda

  • Lemon wheel or dried citrus (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add hibiscus ginger syrup and lemonade (adjust ratios based on how sweet or bold you like it).

  3. Stir gently.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Garnish and sip.

Glassware: Stemless wine glass or Collins

Why I love it: This one is stunning in photos and tastes just as good and perfect for baby showers, girls’ nights, or spring events.
